Utilization = Actual-to-date / Approved budget

Goal G1: budget $12,900, spent to date $9,100:

Utilization = 70.5%

Interpretation & Pitfalls

Read together with schedule progress: 70% of budget at 50% of work done = trouble; at 80% of work done = healthy.
