CMRR — Committed MRR
Definition
A forward-looking MRR refinement: current MRR plus signed-but-not-yet-live contracts, minus known upcoming churn.
Formula
CMRR = MRR + signed-not-live - known churn
Worked Example
MRR $89,700, signed deal going live next month $3,000, customer with notice given $800:
CMRR = $89,700 + $3,000 - $800 = $91,900
Interpretation & Pitfalls
CMRR is the board-reporting view of momentum; it requires disciplined tracking of contract states.
In TupicFinance
Contract status fields on subscriptions allow CMRR assembly alongside plain MRR.
