Bottom Panel: Insight

·course·2026-06-12

The Insight tab embeds a TupicInsight analytics dashboard for the current game, showing how it's actually being played. This is less like a traditional engine panel and more like the analytics dashboards you'd connect to a live game — brought directly into the editor so you can design with real data in view.

What it shows

  • Play counts — how many times the game has been played.
  • Average session duration — how long players stay in the game.
  • Score distribution — the spread of scores players achieve, which tells you whether the game is too easy or too hard.
  • Geographic breakdown — where players are located.

How to use it

Use Insight to let real player behavior guide your edits. If sessions are very short, the game might be too hard or unclear; if scores cluster at the maximum, it might be too easy. Seeing where players are can inform cultural or language choices. This closes the loop between editing and outcomes: instead of guessing, you tune the game based on how people actually play it — analytics informing design, rather than design in isolation.
